Branch Strategy’s founder Jackie Martin worked for 12-years in the large agency space. She provided information architecture, UX designs, and digital strategy for some of America’s largest brands, but left in 2018 to focus on what she saw as a critical missing piece of digital: strategy
She saw first-hand that client after client was being caught in the crossroads of competing priorities: IT, leadership, staff, and endless other departments. Strategy deliverables were always prioritized around partner’s capabilities, not always around the best interests of their customers.
She believed that her clients needed to own their own strategy; it couldn’t be tied to a partner or technology solution.
